Jackson | Newborn Lifestyle Session | Jacksonville, FL

I love when my clients request a lifestyle session of any type, especially a lifestyle newborn session. There is something so comforting about being in your own space, and just being, well, you. This sweet new family of 3 invited me to their home to welcome Jackson to the world. Watching, and capturing, new parents take in all the little details of their new baby and just being in complete awe is such a privilege. This is their new every day as they settle into their new role as a mommy and daddy!

I also love capturing all the details that were perfectly laid out as they waited for their new baby to arrive. 9 months of planning, decorating, and waiting. Having all of those details in your newborn images is such a great way to preserve the perfection before diapers, midnight feedings, and piles of laundry invade! 😉

Jackson was very alert during his session – something that is easier to deal with in a lifestyle session rather than a portrait session. I love Jackson’s bright eyes, and attentive expressions.

Jackson’s mama had her childhood teddy bear in his nursery, and we were able to incorporate the special teddy into the session!

And because daddy is a pilot, an aviator hat was fitting!
